whether it is election or selection

Do This DIL SE!

Fresh Up

get into a room, close the door

go in front of the mirror

close your eyes for 2 minutes

feel your body

feel every part of it

Think of yourself .. ... .Only of yourself

think of me

hold on ..

be silent .. shh ... ... ... from inside

let some time go on like that .. ... ... .

now slowly open your eyes

see a pleasant pretty face
and thats a trip to HEAVEN
